Silver Stars Fitness is a fitness company/studio located in NYC that was designed to help men and women over the age of 50 accomplish their health & fitness goals. Our small group classes & private training program can help you improve your cardio endurance, burn calories, lose weight, increase your strength, flexibility. decrease your risk for aches & pains and of course, move, feel & look better too! In addition, once you become a client/member, you’ll receive a lot of personalized attention and accountability to help you reach your goals.

No, that is not our model. Silver Stars is not your typical commercial membership fitness club. Once you become a client/member, you will have a set appointment for either to attend one of our small group classes or work privately with one of our experienced coaches. Our model was designed to actually help you accomplish your goals- not walk around a club and pay a membership fee just use equipment.

you will have the opportunity to sign up for either personal training, small group classes, nutrition coaching, yoga, pilates, stretching or massage therapy. Just as important, once you become a member/client you’ll be part of our community and receive daily fit tips, check- ins and your own in- home program designed specifically for you.

Yes- You can take one our Live Zoom classes or even schedule a private session or nutrition coaching session on Zoom.

We offer memberships for our private and small group training classes, in addition to packages. Signing up for a membership is more cost effective than purchasing  a “package of sessions”

Silver Stars instructors are hand -picked by our director who has been working with men and women over 50 for over thirty years. All coaches and instructors are certified , experienced fitness professionals that have strong communication/teaching skills.

Yes, we can send a trainer to you, you can come to our studio or you can trainer with us Live on Zoom.

The first step to trying our program is to schedule your free consultation. We’ll discuss your goals, fitness experience and health history. In addition, we’ll look at your posture, balance, mobility and overall strength. We can then recommend the best plan for you to accomplish your goal.

Yes, we offer all new prospective clients an opportunity to try our small group classes for two weeks ( 4 sessions) for $47. If you decided to participate in personal training, the first session is free of charge.
