Silver Stars Fitness specializes in working with the baby boomer and beyond. We offer small group classes in addition to Personal Training, Yoga, pilates, Tai Chi, Stretch Therapy and Massage Therapy. On a monthly basis we host parties and lectures. At Silver Stars, there is no membership fee, no hustle & bustle and no distractions; just a lot of passion and knowledge to share with our clients.
