Baby Boomer Boot Camp

A combination of cardio drills, core work, balance, overall strength and flexibility all within a high energy & fun 45 minute session. Best for a fat loss or general fitness goal.

Cardio drills mixed in with core work. This is a high energy and fun 45 minute session. This class is best for a fat loss goal, improvement in cardiovascular endurance and for someone that wants to strengthen the core.

Silver Stars Policies

  • All classes are small groups of 3-7 people.
  • Month – month no commitment and six month memberships available.
  • Drop-ins allowed when space is available.
  • Personalized attention at 1/3 of the cost of personal training.
  • Highly trained instructors.
  • If you missed your scheduled class, if space permits, you can take another class of your choice.
