Cardio drills mixed in with core work. This is a high energy and fun 45 minute session. This class is best for a fat loss goal, improvement in cardiovascular endurance and for someone that wants to strengthen the core.

Silver Stars Policies
- All classes are small groups of 3-7 people.
- Month – month no commitment and six month memberships available.
- Drop-ins allowed when space is available.
- Personalized attention at 1/3 of the cost of personal training.
- Highly trained instructors.
- If you missed your scheduled class, if space permits, you can take another class of your choice.
